Just found your site. Had no idea one existed for Butuan expats. I am an American who is married to a girl from Butuan (she is in the US now). Considering retiring there maybe as soon as next year. I look forward to more great info on your site. I have been there 3 times, including my marriage there. One of the things I am worried about is the housing there.
